Are you sure you escaped that car accident with no injuries?

No matter how or when a car accident occurs, it is never convenient. In fact, some people are so eager to move on from the experience that they are careless with their health by declining medical care. Even if you do not think you suffered serious injuries in a collision, it is wise to undergo a complete medical examination as soon as possible, to keep yourself safe.

Are young children more likely to be bitten by dogs?

Dogs are a common choice of pet for many families, and while they can be loving additions to the family, they can also behave unpredictably. When your children are interacting with other families, it is likely that they encounter many different dogs. Older children have probably grown to understand the ways that dogs behave and the inherent risks associated with them. But younger kids have not yet acquired the same sense of risk and danger, and this is why they can be more susceptible to dog bites.

Researchers working on a 2016 study by the American Automobile Association (AAA) captured how road debris is responsible for some of the deadliest car crashes in the United States. In fact, between 2011 and 2014, there were more than 200,000 collisions caused by road debris. Approximately 500 people died and another 39,000 were injured in these crashes. This led AAA to highlight some risk factors for road debris accidents.
